Yoga classes are daily from 7 to 8:15 am

Both airports have similar distance to here, but we recommend San José airport as there are more options of transfers and normally are cheaper.

We have a transfer contact that costs $140 per way from and to San Jose airport, and $160 from and to Liberia airport, the payment is directly to the driver- in cash. As is a private transport can be anytime. The trip takes approximately 3 hours. Between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am it has an additional cost of $20.

Yes, we accommodate any kind of intolerances and allergies. We do have different kind of milks as almond, coconut and oat milk.

Check-in starts from 1:00 pm to 8:00pm, in case you arrive before and we have your room ready we will give it to you, and if the rooms still not ready we can keep your luggage at reception area. We close reception at 9:00 pm, if you arrive later we will let the keys of  your room and information on the reception desk. Check-out is till 11:00 am, if you need more time we can also keep your luggage at reception.

The day of arrival you have the spa circuit and dinner included. The departure day you will have the yoga class in the morning and breakfast.

You will have 3 daily meals included in our vegetarian and vegan restaurant with a natural homemade fruit juice. Coffee and tea are available all day during open hours (7am to 9pm). Breakfast and lunch you can choose one of the options from our menu. Dinners are thematic from different countries and includes an entrance, main course and dessert.

Sure you will have days without activities. There are many options to do around.

We do have yoga mats here that you can use, but if you prefer you can bring yours.

Our morning yoga classes are Hatha or Vinyasa yoga. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we have sunset classes at 4:00pm, those classes are yin yoga.
